BU Series

The Borche BU two platen injection moulding machine can be utilised for manufacture of parts and components for aerospace, automotive, transportation, household appliance and rural construction materials.

The human to computer interface from IMM enables the intelligent interconnection of IMM, peripherals & robot. All equipment is under a closed loop control with consistent data mapping, ensuring production wastage is minimalised and ultimately production costs reduced.

The human to computer interface from IMM enables the intelligent interconnection of IMM, peripherals & robot. All equipment is under a closed loop control with consistent data mapping, ensuring production wastage is minimalised and ultimately production costs reduced.

Tie bars move across the clamping cylinder without touching seals and lessening pressing leakage. The module type clamping cylinder can be assembled and dissassembled in one, for ease of maintenance.

Four cylinder pistons are separately controlled allowing for precise adjustment to the locking position for precise locking.

The clamping cylinder assembled in the moving platen can balance the load of the mould, improving stability when the mould is open and clamping movement.
